Economic Relief Program announced for Indiana high school sports
Evansville, Ind. -- January 31, 2009 -- In the spirit of change and opportunity that has recently swept across the nation, AlmanacSports.com announced today its Economic Relief Program for Indiana high school sports.
“In these unpredictable economic times, high school athletic departments are going to be in a financial pinch,” said Daniel Engler, co-owner of AlmanacSports.com. “We want to do something to help.”
Engler, through AlmanacSports.com, has established the Economic Relief Program for Indiana high school sports.
“For all of February, we will donate 25% of all profits from a team’s Spirit Shop to that respective high school. We have great online stores for every team in the state that fans can visit to find cool, customized gear for their favorite school. All people have to do is make a purchase and we will automatically make a donation to help that school.”
Engler hopes these funds can be used to help each high school’s athletic department. Furthermore, the school that raises the most will receive an additional 25% of that school’s profits. No registration is necessary.
