North Knox would love to repeat last year's success, but the Warriors will have a challenge ahead of them.
The strongest team locally is Pike Central. A close 2-1 defeat to perennial favorites Sullivan has the Chargers thinking of their first sectional crown.

#17A Gibson Southern begins its quest to return to the state finals, now with more experience. The Titans open against Wood Memorial, whom they
dispatched by double digits earlier this year. #4A Mater Dei stands in their way though. The Wildcats were upset last year by Gibson Southern and
would love nothing more than to get revenge. A 0-0 tie between the two last month hints we could be in for quite a showdown during Saturday's
championship match. One other team worth mentioning is North Posey who could be a dark horse in this bracket.
