Team History
Day School has the longest history of soccer in Evansville. They earned the rights of first team in the city when they started playing in 1967.
Originally the team played against alumni, but as soccer gained popularity they formed the Southern Indiana Soccer League with New Albany and
some Indianapolis area teams. They later joined the Kentuckiana Soccer League with New Albany and a handful of Louisville teams.
Day School was a founding member of the Coca Cola Prep Soccer League in 1978. This was the first league of its kind in Evansville. They remained in the CCPSL until soccer was sanctioned in 1994. The now compete every year for the City title as well.
